Ingredients

  • 25g dried wild mushrooms
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 tbsps Quark (low-fat soft cheese)
  • fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 x 120g skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Boil the dried wild mushrooms in water with the vegetable stock powder and the garlic until the mushrooms are soft and all the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Mix in 4 tbsps Quark, season with salt and pepper and add the basil.
  4. Cut open the chicken breasts and stuff with the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve with vegetables or salad.
