Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, skin removed
- 1 gammon steak, chopped
- 2 red onions, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200g swede, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 150ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
- Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Transfer to a roasting tray and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with lightly steamed greeens and mashed potatoes.
