Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, fat removed based on 200g meat total
  • 500g lean pork mince
  • 3 tsps vegetable bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the BBQ. Cut the duck breasts into chunks and place in a food processor. Blend until coarsely chopped then remove into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Divide into 6 balls and press into burger shapes between the palms of your hand.
  3. 2 Cook on a medium heat for 20 minutes turning regularly. Split one burger open to test if cooked, then serve in a floured bun topped with salad and low-fat sauce.

Tips

Try not to over cook the burgers as this will result in them becoming dry
