Ingredients
- 150g fresh prawns
- 1/2 each red and green pepper, chopped
- 5 button mushrooms cut in half
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 small courgette, chopped
- 1/2 pack fresh beansprouts (or 1 whole can)
- 2 tsps Thai sweet chilli dipping sauce
- soy sauce to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Pre-heat a non-stick wok or frying pan and dry fry the prawns.
- When the prawns have changed colour, add the peppers, mushrooms, celery, onion, courgette and beansprouts.
- Take care not to overcook the prawns
- Just before serving add the sweet chilli dipping sauce and soy sauce to taste
