Ingredients
- 100g chicken breast (no skin), chopped or Quorn alternative
- ½ onion, chopped
- 6 button mushrooms
- 100g Batchelors Low Fat condensed Mushroom soup
- 1 Yellow portion pot (100g) Mashed sweet potato
Cooking Instructions
- Dry-fry 100g chopped chicken breast (no skin) or Quorn alternative with ½ chopped onion and 6 button mushrooms.
- When the chicken is almost cooked, add 100g Batchelors Low Fat Condensed Mushroom Soup, plus milk from allowance if necessary to make a creamy sauce.
- Simmer until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Serve with 1 Yellow Portion Pot (100g) mashed sweet potato, plus other vegetables of your choice.
