Braised Oxtail

Oxtail has become very popular in fashionable restaurants recently but it's a great economical dish to prepare at home. This Rosemary Conley recipe is simple to cook and really tasty, especially when done in a slow cooker. Any meat that is cooked near the bone has a special sweetness and succulence and all the lovely flavour is absorbed by the carrots and swede. 240 calories and 5.6% fat
