Ingredients
- 4 x 150g rump steaks
- 16 chestnut mushrooms
- 100g tomato passata
- 2 tsps balti curry paste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat a health grill or a conventional grill to high.
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Thread the beef and mushrooms alternately on to wooden skewers.
- Mix together the passata and curry paste and spread on the beef.
- Cook the kebabs for 10 minutes under the hot grill or for 5-6 minutes on a health grill.
- Check that the the centre pieces of meat are cooked. When ready to serve, sprinkle with the coriander.
- Serve with boiled rice or noodles and salad.
Tips
Use lean beef steaks of equal thickness so that they cook evenly.
