Baked salmon with chilli

Ingredients
- 110g salmon steak
- 1 tsp Thai sweet chilli dipping sauce
- juice of ½ lime
- 100g new potatoes (boiled in skins)
Cooking Instructions
- Place 1 x 110g salmon steak in an ovenproof dish, top with 1 tsp Thai sweet chilli dipping sauce and the juice of ½ lime.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200C, 400F or Gas Mark 6 for 8-10 mins, or until cooked.
- Serve with 100g new potatoes (boiled in skins) and unlimited green vegetables.
