Baked salmon with chilli

Ingredients

  • 110g salmon steak
  • 1 tsp Thai sweet chilli dipping sauce
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 100g new potatoes (boiled in skins)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place 1 x 110g salmon steak in an ovenproof dish, top with 1 tsp Thai sweet chilli dipping sauce and the juice of ½ lime.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C, 400F or Gas Mark 6 for 8-10 mins, or until cooked.
  3. Serve with 100g new potatoes (boiled in skins) and unlimited green vegetables.
