Ingredients
- 100g grated potato
- 1 large field mushroom
- ½ tomato
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Grate the potato on to a clean tea towel or kitchen paper, then squeeze to remove the juice. Season with salt and black pepper, mixing well. Squeeze the grated potato between the palms of your hands to form a patty shape.
- Preheat a non-stick pan. Add the potato to the hot pan and dry-fry gently for 5 minutes on each side.
- Add the mushroom to the pan and cook alongside the potato, About 2-3 minutes before you are ready to serve, add the tomato and heat through.
- Place the mushroom on the potato and top with the tomato.
Tips
Add some grated carrot or courgette for extra flavour.
