Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsps semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 slices bread
  • pinch of cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan and lightly spray with oil spray.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl with the milk until fully combined.
  3. Dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture, using a fork to turn it over and coat both sides of the bread.
  4. Lift the bread from the egg mixture and drain off the excess, then add to the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, dusting with cinnamon as required.

Tips

Eat these as soon as possible after cooking as they will go soggy once cold.
