Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsps semi-skimmed milk
- 4 slices bread
- pinch of cinnamon
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick pan and lightly spray with oil spray.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl with the milk until fully combined.
- Dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture, using a fork to turn it over and coat both sides of the bread.
- Lift the bread from the egg mixture and drain off the excess, then add to the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, dusting with cinnamon as required.
Tips
Eat these as soon as possible after cooking as they will go soggy once cold.
