Ingredients
- 8 low-fat sausages
- 2 tomatoes
- 150g chestnut mushrooms
- 230g back bacon
- 1 x 400g can baked beans
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan.
- Dry-fry 8 low-fat sausages for 15 minutes.
- Push to one side of the pan and add 2 tomatoes, cut in half and 150g chestnut mushrooms and cook over a moderate heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove everything from the pan and keep warm.
- Add 230g back bacon and cook quickly while heating 1 x 400g can baked beans in a saucepan or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with fruit juice and toast.
