Ingredients

  • 8 low-fat sausages
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150g chestnut mushrooms
  • 230g back bacon
  • 1 x 400g can baked beans

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Dry-fry 8 low-fat sausages for 15 minutes.
  3. Push to one side of the pan and add 2 tomatoes, cut in half and 150g chestnut mushrooms and cook over a moderate heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove everything from the pan and keep warm.
  5. Add 230g back bacon and cook quickly while heating 1 x 400g can baked beans in a saucepan or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with fruit juice and toast.
