Ingredients
- 2 pitta breads (max 200 calories each)
- 4 rashers lean back bacon
- 2 tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 large mushrooms (50g total), sliced
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat a health grill or conventional grill to high.
- Cook the bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms in the health grill for 4-5 minutes or place in a grill tray or on a baking tray and cook under the conventional grill for 4-5 minutes each side, turning regularly. Remove and keep warm.
- Warm the pittas in the health grill or under the conventional grill for 1 minute until puffed up, then split them in half and spread the insides with the ketchup. Divide the bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms between the 2 pitta breads.
- Cut each pitta bread in half and serve.
