Q: The Advert plays, but the video won't start.
A: You will need to upgrade your flash player. Adobe Flash's automatic update feature might say the software is current, even though there is a major upgrade available. To upgrade your software is free and easy to do: Go to the Adobe Download page http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install the latest version.
Q: Unable to view video on your iPhone or iPad?
A: You can download an app called Skyfire from itunes which will enable you to view some flash videos:

Q: Why is the video not playing properly? Why is the video lagging?
A: If a video doesn't play continuously it may be due to your connection speed. A broadband connection with 500+ Kbps is required for continuous playback on rosemaryconley.tv. It's also possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the video until the entire stream is downloaded, then play the video.
Q: Why does a faster internet connection mean better video?
A: Video is compressed data. In fact, it's a LOT of compressed data. The more data you can get faster, the better the video will perform.
Q: I click on a video link and nothing happens.
A: First, make sure that your Internet connection is working -- go to a site like www.google.com as it's very rare that this site isn't working. Once you've established that your Internet connection is working, make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Adobe Flash Player.
Q: Can I watch the videos in full screen?
A: Yes! To view a video on your full screen, select a video to watch. As the video begins to play, please click the button that looks like this:
When watching in full screen mode, to return to the original size, please click the Esc button on your keyboard.

A: Simply type your query in the search box on the right hand panel of the website and click the "Search" button or hit "Enter" on your keyboard. This will bring up a list of videos to watch. Simply click the thumbnail version of the video you want to view. Make sure that you have spelt your search term correctly!
