This makes sense! I'm external - I blame everyone in the family *blush*! I'm not tidy (I hate tidying up) and I blame others for my house being a tip - the other day (Nov 2011) I was looking at the clutter, thinking - that's mine, that's mine, that's mine, I left that there, I put that in that place I - hang on, it's not everyone else making the mess it's ME!! It is awful having to admit that - well, in actual fact I'm the one creating the chaos, not anyone else - but it's also liberating because now I can STOP blaming everyone else and STOP being lazy about clearing up (or not, in my case), because in actual fact I'm the one who has made the mess and not anyone else, so why should they clear it up! *sighs a big sigh*... It's the same old story with my weight loss - it's those cakes I ate - well who buys the cakes dopey? Yes I buy them - doh what do I expect! It's convenient to blame others for your faults and failings, but it sure isn't helpful! Thanks Rosemary for your TV channel :D
