I'm not losing weight but it's not because of the diet - I'm eating too much (ie my portions are too big) so I've got a smaller plate I'm using, to lessen my portions - I always use the portion pots for rice etc but it's the sauces I go overboard on! I do sometimes eat in between meals (not fruit), not often, but I think it's my portion size that's the problem!
