Thank you for that, My hot flushes have been getting steadily stronger and more frequent especially at night. I already eat tofu (I'm vegetarian) but I'll try the red clover. If this fails I'm going to my doctor as I have a few other symptoms too. My menopause began early, when I was 43, I'm now 47 and been having flushes for a year now.
