These are must view video clips.. thanks Mary for an amazing journey through pilates.. I have spent the evening carefully following the exercises and feel like I have exercised and relaxed all at the same time...

Thanks for doing this - I've wanted to do pilates for a while! I have a flute exam on Friday and this looks great for relaxation (which I need lol!). Great stuff!
